Do you provide fix bids?
For installation of new networks, we can provide fixed bids.
Do you provide service contracts?
We can provide you a service contract for a monthly basis. We do this for network and I.T. services as well as custom programming. Our contracts
are designed to allow for roll-over of your monthly allotted hours if you do not use them all.
What is your availability once we call you?
We know if your network or server is down, it's costing you money. We usually get to people the day they call or the next morning.
What are your hours of operation?
We provide service from 8am to 6pm on scheduled appointments. We are available to speak with from 9am to 6pm. We do provide emergency service;
please use the
contact form to reach us after normal hours. For larger projects which require your network or server to be unavailable
for extended amounts of time, we work weekends and off-hours.
